Shipping Information

PRODCTION UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 29TH:  Due to increased sales, our production time is 6 weeks.  We will keep you updated on our production times.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

PRODUCTION TIME: More often than not, I can ship your order within 2-7 business days. During busy times (holidays, summer show season, etc.), please allow for a few extra days.

I will always do my best to make deadlines for birthdays or special occasions, so if you have a certain time constraint, please call (847) 309-8419 or email me at sales@fashionstones.com.  There is a place to leave a note or special instructions when ordering.  

SHIPPING TIME:   All US orders are shipped UPS Ground, which usually takes 2-3 business days to get to you. Sometimes this is 1 day if you are local to the Chicago area. Please note this is not a guaranteed service and could take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
